Hideo Nomo comes out of the woodwork

The phenom that took Major League Baseball by storm and won the Rookie of the Year trophy in 1995 is attempting to make a comeback after not playing in the majors since 2005. Hideo Nomo has signed a minor league deal with the Kansas City Royals and is being invited to spring training in a couple of months. At the age of 39 and with a repaired shoulder I don’t know what Nomo has left in the tank but he has thrown 2 no-hitters including the only one ever at Coors Field in Colorado so he just might have a couple of tricks up his sleeve after all these years.
