1991 Fleer Pro-Visions (Insert)

12 10 2007

You gotta give it to Fleer for coming up with great innovations in baseball cards. True, Donruss’ Diamond Kings was first in the whole cartoon/artsy drawings of baseball players but this one upped Donruss by 1,000! This card is a classic which can be picked up for way under a dollar these days.

If you weren’t a Jose Canseco fan by 1991, this card usually did the trick!

Badasss. Plain and simple.

What about the all-star cards they used to put in…damn…was it 92 Topps? 93 Topps? The cartoon drawings with the enormous heads. Yeah, those were cool.

Boy this card takes me right back to 6th grade in middle school. I am getting back into buying cards I remember collecting. They take me back to the good old days. Miss them days, but these cards will bring you back to being a kid again huh?
