While there is little doubt that my heart belongs to baseball cards, there is nothing like your first to bring back some great memories. Of course, I mean your first pack of trading cards and/or set your collected. For me, 1990 Classic WWF was not only the first ever pack of wax I opened, but it was also the first and probably only set I ever went after.
Classic did a wonderful job of bringing to life these men and women who in the 80’s, were truly larger than life. The photography was top notch, the checklist was unbelievable, and the design was perfect. It should be noted that just before the death of Beckett’s message board, I was in the process of attaining the entire set but was ripped off by a user named ‘Litaismyqueen’ (link). If any of you see this guy around other internet forums, let me know.
Now, here’s a little video for every single closet WWF/WWE fan.

I will always love that video from NWA Fan Fest.
I was at the event in Charlotte this year and drank in the bar with a bunch of the wrestling greats off years gone by. I had a great time hearing stories and talking about the good old days of wrestling.
They used to play that on Opie and Anthony years ago and it was fantastic then. I love when they bring wrestlers in and play that for them and the wrestlers giggle all the way through it.
What did Mr. Funk say that needed to be said?
