8 09 2008Rumors are blazing that one of the greatest athletes of all-time, Lance Armstrong, is set to return to competitive racing and will participate in the 2009 Tour de France, along with four other races. If these sources are factual, Armstrong will be racing for free and will make his medical records available for all to see to keep the conspiracy theorist at bay.
